Therefore VIVA la Terrazza sul Lago, located in Manerba del Garda, is an experience to be enjoyed by all senses. She defines the temporary restaurant as a contemporary tavern. The formula is simple, from the aperitivo’s ciccheti, to the various Slow Food Presidia and the tasting dinner, every guest can expect a pleasing time while tasting Viviana Varese’s historic dishes.
