Italian sportswear brand C.P. Company has joined forces with British musician, slowthai, on a collaborative project filmed during his UK ‘Bet Ya A £5 er’ tour.
 

Inspired by C.P. Company’s ‘Eyes on the City’ series, a sequence of cinematic journeys into urban exploration, the film documents Mercury Prize-nominated slowthai’s recent sell-out tour. Following slowthai as he travels across the UK and reflects on his personal journey and career so far, the film features tracks ‘Gorgeous’ and ‘Inglorious’ from his debut album, ‘Nothing Great About Britain’.

The finale sees slowthai realise his dreams, with a performance in front of a sold-out crowd of 5,000 at the o2 Academy in Brixton. In keeping with his unique persona and bold performance style, the engaging artist wears pieces from P.Ri.S.M, the new capsule collection by C.P. Company.

P.Ri.S.M is an exclusive fabric engineered from the expertise of the brand, featuring a Prismatic Rip-stop membrane composed of a two-tone ripstop and a poly urethane membrane. The Rip-stop featured a ready-for-dyeing nylon wrap and a warm dyed contrasting polyester weft; the polyurethane membrane is transparent and can be dyed.  The prismatic final colour and the iridescent effect are a consequence of the contrast achieved in the semi-dyeable ripstop membrane: a truly unique fabric for the next generation of outerwear from C.P. Company.

P.Ri.S.M Capsule Collection includes three different types of jackets, a vest, a pair of cargo pants and three sweatshirts. The Collection will be available online from December 12th, 2019 on cpcompany.com, cpcompany.co.uk and selected retailers worldwide.
